Questions

Does reserving cost anything or commit me to buy?

No. A reservation is your email and a color. Nothing is charged, and you decide whether to buy when presale opens.

What do I need at home?

An iPhone for the one-time setup, a power outlet, and home Wi-Fi. The sign uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which nearly every home router provides.

Will it show my train?

Yes. It works with every New York City subway line, and Metro-North too. You pick your station and direction in the app.

When will it ship, and how much will it cost?

We'll announce the price and ship date in the presale email, to reservations first.

Can I change my color later?

Yes. Reserve again with the same email and the new color, or just reply to our email.

What do you do with my email?

We use it only to tell you about the presale. We never sell or share it, and we delete it if you ask. See the privacy policy.
